Want to be a writer for One Girl, No Cup™?

One Girl, No Cup™ is a site about ranting and raving with a mixture of comedy.   We have a core staff of writers, but we are always looking for fresh voices to add to the mix. The only compensation we offer is exposure, but with our unique visitor count growing everyday, the value of that exposure is significant.

Do you have what it takes?

We want amusing writers who can rant and rave.  If you have a fresh perspective, if you can write articles with a hilarious tone, if you are looking for a place to test new material: we want you to write for us.  We also are looking for people who are interested in contributing regularly.  If you have one idea a year, please use the “Submit an Article” form on our site.  We want people who love to write, and are looking for another outlet for their rants and raves. We are also looking for more diversity in our staff – especially writers from countries outside of the US.

What we need:

Please read the following guidelines carefully before filling out the form below.

• First of all, you must be 18 or older to apply to write for One Girl, No Cup™.
• Tell us a little about yourself – Are you a published writer? What would you like to do with your writing? Anything else we should know? One Girl, No Cup™ isn’t looking for a life story – just relevant information pertaining to being considered for authorship on the website.
• Please send us one to two samples of your work. We want to see how well you write, what kind of jokes you have to offer in your rants and raves, and your writing voice. Do not re-submit your application or submit any more than two sample pieces of your writing – That is terribly annoying and you will more than likely not be asked to join the site as a writer and you may end up as the subject of an article yourself.
• Please be patient. Due to the sheer volume of e-mails recieved, please allow 1-2 weeks for your application to be reviewed. We will get back to you – don’t get your panties in a bunch.
